The broad range of players and the nature of the projects of the Finance Innovation cluster constitute the wealth of resources of the Paris financial center that Paris EUROPLACE is helping to harness and promote on a global basis. The cluster encompasses different categories of members: banks, insurance companies, asset management companies, service companies serving financial corporations, universities, higher education establishments and research centers, local authorities, professional organizations, economic development organizations, regulators.

The cluster's Oversight Committee comprises the representatives of founding members and partners. Is role is to ensure the representation of all categories of members, to approve the general strategy, and to foster the creation of new research and development cooperation projects within the cluster. The cluster's Steering Committee is responsible for the definition and follow-up of measures taken by the cluster, for the certification and follow-up of research and development cooperation projects. It promotes the cluster in France and on an international level. The Steering Committee relies on an Executive Committee which takes responsibility for the operational management of the cluster. The five strategic lines of action determine the cluster's priorities. Each is fronted by widely recognised qualified individuals.
